Как сообщал «МК», жуткий случай произошел 25 апреля в «двушке» на улице Матвеевская. Эту квартиру снимала семья из Ижевска. Надежда сидела дома с четырехлетней дочкой Аурикой, а ее мама зарабатывала на жизнь.
Утром рокового дня женщина отправилась на работу, а днем, когда позвонила домой, услышала от дочери страшное известие — мол, она утопила внучку в ванне. Бабушка вызвала медиков и сама поехала домой. Увы, слова дочери нашли подтверждение.
Следователи возбудили уголовное дело по статье «Убийство», Надежду задержали. По словам родных, была назначена судебная экспертиза — исследование признало женщину полностью вменяемой.
Непонятно, чем руководствовались судебные медики? — задаются вопросом родные. — В медицинской карте Надежды стоят два психиатрических диагноза, она лежала в больнице с затяжной депрессией. Она уже пыталась убить дочь, задушив ее колготками. Но ее почему-то сочли здоровой.
Вину в преступлении Надежда признала, следователю заявила, что решилась на убийство из-за тяжелого материального положения в семье. Отец девочки практически не помогал. В злополучный день она положила дочь в наполненную ванну, погрузила ее в воду с головой и удерживала ее в таком положении, пока та не скончалась.
Мосгорсуд приговорил женщину к 12 годам лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии общего режима.
С суровым приговором родные не согласны, они готовят апелляцию. К слову, бабушка по-прежнему проживает в той квартире, где убили ее внучку.
